Describe & Explain the Trends in News Media Coverage Your goal is to describe how much news coverage your case study topic has received over time and to explain change or continuity in the frequency of coverage over time. Keep an eye out for any “newsworthy” events or stories that drew media attention to your case study topic. You will use the LexisNexis Academic (Now Nexis Uni.) database to track news media coverage of the claim that you’ve chosen for your social problem case study over time. You can access Nexis Uni (which used to be called LexisNexis Academic) from the PSU library website: https://libraries.psu.edu/. Click on “Databases” and search for it under “L” in the alphabetic list or type it into the search box.
