Lower back pain: Medical statistics has seen lower back issues as the second biggest doctor’s office complain. We often neglect this area of the body as we focus mostly on Abs (abdominal area). Please read and discuss the following: Figure 3.6: Identify two corrective postures that you can adopt in your activities. Explain choices. Discuss at least three tips to enhance your fitness program tha you can adopt according to Behavior Modification planning (p. 88 – 12th edition textbook). Explain why you are adopting the items and what you expect to change after adopting them. 3. Goal setting description from activity 3.4 in the textbook.
